All GARMENTS and ACCESSORIES are handcrafted from scratch, unless noted otherwise. When an order is placed, 1-2 weeks is normal construction time, however, in the case of processing a large backlog of orders, construction time may take up to 2-3 weeks. An email will be sent to you if this happens to be the case.
All ORDERS will be prepared for construction the next business day. Any orders placed on Friday will be prepared for the following Monday.
Please allow 3-5 business days for your orders to be shipped after construction has been completed.
A shipping confirmation email will be sent after order is fulfilled along with a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or damaged goods during transit.
The buyer assumes all responsibilities for claims made with carrier. I do not ship to PO Boxes, please provide a physical address.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES : If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of purchase date(less the shipping charge). All Returned/Exchanged items must be in original condition. We will not accept items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged or hemmed. Any returns received after 30 days will be subject to exchange or store credit only. In the event of needing to return/exchange an item, please contact us at info@jackandjeffdenimco.com to receive return/exchange instructions. Buyer is financially responsible for any shipping/customs fees involved in the exchange. If item is deemed ineligible, because it is no longer in its original condition or damaged, you the customer, will be responsible for having the item shipped back to you.
RETURNS can be made using any shipping service of your choice, at your expense. We recommend using a trackable and insured service as we are not liable for any lost or undelivered packages.
